Glimmer on her horse

I wanted to do a Glimmer picture & thought that there weren't that many images of her on horseback so I did this one with a screen cap of the Whispering Woods from the DVDs as a background.

Line art & colors for Glimmer & her horse were done in Paint.NET & I didn't use any filters on the background, just how it was captured ( I get lazy with backgrounds). The bridle is not as it is in the cartoon or how the model sheets might have it. I thought this one looked better. I was thinking about a fancy one with tassels & such but then decided against it.

Anyway, I rather enjoyed drawing this one. The original line art is much bigger & after coloring & adding the background I did reduce the size of this picture, so if you would like a copy of the full size uncolored line art to color, do please note me with an email address, I'll be more than happy to send a copy.
